Krill Oil is the newest cure all of the supplement industry. Maybe you have all heard something about it, maybe not. I did a bit of research and found out why krill oil is so good for us. Krill is a very small animal found in deep waters. Krill is the bottom of the food chain, just about everything that eats meat in the ocean eats krill. Krill oil is what the fish digest to have fish oil in them. The fish oil is digested, assimilated krill oil. So if we eat krill oil, we get the benefits of fish oil- only better, because our body will do the same, and that is what is thought to happen to our bodies with krill oil. Krill Oil compares to fish oil like this:
More Omega 3s. Krill Oil contains the richest supply of DHA and EPA attached in phospholipid form. Phospholipids are much more absorbable by the body which means… more DHA and EPA at each serving.
Phospholipids. Krill Oil is rich in brain-essential “good fats” found in phospholipid form – the same as the human body which means there are no conversions or extra work the body needs to do. This makes absorption faster, easier and more effective. You won’t get fish burps, upset stomach or unpleasant side effects from Krill Oil.
Antioxidant power. Krill Oil contains astaxanthin, the carotenoid that gives shrimp, krill, lobster and other foods their pink color. Astaxanthin is a powerful antioxidant. Everest Nutrition Krill Oil has an ORAC value of 431 – 54X more antioxidant power than fish oil.
Purity. Krill are at the bottom of the food chain. They are virtually free of toxins, metals and other contaminants. Even better, Everest Nutrition Krill Oil is harvested and collected in its natural environment – the pristine waters of Antarctica!
Also on a side note, a less fishy taste in your mouth afterwords. I hate burping up fish at breakfast time. Take a look at this Dr. Oz clip to find out more.
Novaflex:
Bone and joint health is something we should all think about fo ra little bit. As we age our bones get brittle, real brittle. Women in particular need to keep their bones strong and healthy throughout their lives to keep themselves feeling good and mobile. In order to do this you need a good supplement, a nice healthy one containing Chondroitin Sulfate. Take a look at Novaflex. Not only are its ingredients perfect but it is also affordable. With an increase in value added to bulk purchases lowering the prices per bottle from $40 per bottle to $20 per bottle. These are a good supplement and enjoyed by many.
Check out this review: ‘“I don’t write to companies about their products, but I had to contact you to let you know that NovaFlex has changed my life. I’m 74 years old, retired but still active, and had been experiencing crippling arthritic pain in my knees and shoulders for years. NovaFlex was recommended by a friend who said it was a life saver, and she wasn’t kidding. After just one month, my joint aches and pains were a thing of the past and playing with my grandkids again was a dream come true. Thank you NovaFlex, you’ve got a real fan.”
I have been taking these products for about a month, and I am very happy with both and plan to continue taking them.
I’ve also heard a lot about krill oil and this is the main reason why I’m taking a daily dose of it for over 6 months already. Krill oil has been my main source of omega 3 and it aids my digestion. Though I’m not familiar with Novaflex. Haven’t tried that one yet.
