Pup Light- Review and Contest!

PupLight- a great way to stay safe!
OK, so, you know we are doing a little bloggy event here for January- New Year, New YOU! I thought we would start out nice and easy! Walking is a great way to loose weight, and while you are at it, why not bring along man’s (and mom’s!) best friend?
The PupLight is great for early morning and night walks. It eliminates the need to carry a flashlight while you walk your pooch, and keeps you both safe.

It takes 3 AAA batteries, which were easy to put in. PupLight comes in lots of sizes, and was made with longg hair breeds and dogs in mind. There are some products out there that just get covered up by our longer-haired pals, and Pup Light wants to keep ALL our poochies safe!

My husband was loving it when he put it on our Foo Dog- we have a hard time when we don’t “fit” the dog sometimes, because he has such a giant head, LOL. According to the husband, who is in my ear right now- “This thing is awesome! It will fit on any dog! Big head or small head, I even think I can get it on the guinea pig!” (Yes, I did tell him he is not allowed to try that out, but he really does want to.) It came with an extension band- good idea!

My dog kind of freaked out- he had no idea why he was glowing. It was a really bright light, though!
I’m impressed. I didn’t think it would be so bright.

PupLight was named most “Innovative New Product of 2006” by HGTV and the AC News Gadget Guru. And here’s why:
1. PupLight makes dogs visible up to a mile a way. PupLight is visible from all angles and the dog walkers body doesn’t block the light from behind like most other products because the illumination makes a very visible halo of light. PupLight keeps dogs safe and visible on or off-leash.

6. It comes with an easy on easy off adjustable elastic band so it’s easy to use. The collar is not attached to the leash so it doesn’t move around the dogs neck.
7. The light is adjustable and has a rim on top so it doesn’t shine in to your dogs or anyone else’s eyes.
