With Father’s Day right around the corner, I thought it might be fun to ask the kids at the Pre-K what they loved about their daddies, and what daddy is their hero.  It will also be adorable to use their answers in Father’s Day projects next week, LOL.
– ” I love my daddy because he makes Legos with me the best.”
– “My daddy is the best at making chocolate pancakes, and my mom says no way, but daddy is good at making them!”
– “When my mom is working at night and we have to play video games a lot, then we have to order pizza for dinner.  It’s the rule from my dad.”
– “Daddy lets me watch so-so much TV that my mom always says I can’t- so that’s why my dad is the best dad!”
– ” I get to pick my own clothes when my dad is there only.”
-“Daddy knows about Iron Man.”
– “My dad lets me have my favorite stuff for dinner when my mom is doing stuff.”
– “Yeah, and I get to stay up late with my dad!  It’s special and I am not supposed to tell my mom or she will get mad because I am supposed to go to bed at 8, but it’s ok!”
-“My dad plays games better then anyone and he shows me how.”
– “I like to go on vacation and my dad takes me swimming.”
– “My dad teached me how to ride my bike!”
Those were some of the things that make daddy a hero.
What are your favorite things about dad?
Happy Father’s Day, from Have Sippy Will Travel’s family and Pre-School to you!

  1. I am my daddy’s girl…through and through. He is the best listener and is such an inventive handy man. Love him.

Tiny Prints is amazing as well. Their products look so wonderful…I have ordered cards from them before and they always turn out fantastic!

  2. My dad was, and still is the hardest worker I know…I have always looked to him when I needed advice and still do.

PS – Tiny Prints ROCKS! I have made several books from them – and one especially for my dad!

  3. awww. such a sweet post / story. I love it…

  4. Awwwah! I am in grad school for elementary school, but did child care and pre-school in my home for almost a decade. I have not even been off for a year and I MISS it SO much just for the great things they say and do at the young ages. Love your blog! And thanks for the fun info and giveaways too.

  5. My Mom used to work at night too

  6. My dad was the best because he taught me how to work. He became one of my best friends…

  7. My 3 year old son always says, “My daddy is the best because he knows lots of stuff about everything, and because he loves me.” Dad is also “the best finder” because he can find anything that’s lost. 🙂
Tiny Prints really does have the cutest cards.

  8. Love the pre-K!

My dad was always a jokester 🙂

  9. My father always practiced unconditional love and that is an attribute I try and always use in my life. Tiny Prints have some great ideas. Cute Post.
