Why is it so much easier to put weight ON then take it off? BLAH. This week was my son’s birthday- and the devil I am, I ate ice cream cake. LOL. Cest la vie, it was worth it. Maybe not. But SHHHH, I ate it anyway ๐ It’s been a wild week, and I have not been to the gym as often as I usually go. Between that and the cake? I will count my .5 weight loss as a score, and next week will be better.
I am not going to drive myself nuts about it- stuff happens, and last week was a good week. What can one do. I didn’t get this way because I don’t like to eat, right? It’s a battle, and sometimes I lose. Whatevs, as long as I win the war- which I will.
I really like the bars (breakfast and lunch) and the protein shakes best. I wish that the entire month of lunches and breakfasts could be those, because I really prefer them. I also had some ravioli this week that were pretty good. They were frozen, and I ate them with a salad for dinner.

Everyone is entitled to a “bad” week… you can’t pass up your sons birthday cake. That just wouldn’t be right ๐
I’ve on nutrisystem now too and I love it. The portions are smaller than I’m used to but they’re frequent enough that I don’t get really hungry during the day. Food is way better than I was expecting.
It is crazy how easy it is to gain a few pounds but how hard you have to work to take them back off!
You are right that it is easier to gain weight than to lose it! lol.
