I was lucky enough to be able to do a review on the Sage Spoonfuls Let’s Get Started Package. I had debated back and forth for quite awhile about if I should make my own baby food for Ava or not. I finally decided that it really would be best, and I thought that it probably wouldn’t be too hard to give it a whirl, so that’s what I did. This is a great product, and it is DEFINITELY easy for you to use! What’s Included?

About The Product:
This is a great product! It is a 19 piece set, that includes everything you need to be able to make & store baby food for your child!
Cookbook: is a WONDERFUL resource for the first time mom making recipes, and even for moms with lots of kids. I really liked all the resources that were in the cookbook. I like how it helped a parent know when they could and could not introduce a food. I also liked that they gave you ideas of how to mix the food, so that they weren’t just eating plain food!
Blender & Food Processor: I thought that the blender and food processor worked great! Even though the food processor isn’t really big, it works WONDERFULLY for mixing the food together! The Immersion Blender is one of my favorite parts as well…not only for making baby food, but just as a great tool to have available in your kitchen! Both of these work GREAT for you to be able to make all the baby food that you want and need!
Storage Jars & Labels: I also was in love with the storage jars! They are 4 ounces, which is the same size as the store bought baby food! I also thought that the labels were WONDERFUL. It is helpful for you to remember what you have made, especially in the beginning when you introduce food and have lots of the same color!
Stackable Storage Trays: I thought these were great! I hate when the freezer gets so stuffy and unorganized! These trays helped to make sure that all of my food stayed organized!
My Thoughts:
As you can see, I thought VERY highly of the Sage Spoonfuls set! Making baby food for my daughter was not near as challenging as I was fearing, due to the the wonderful ease of the Sage Spoonfuls.
I absolutely LOVED the cookbook. The cookbook was really wonderful to help out with me as I was beginning to make the baby food. I didn’t make it with my other child, so I was at a loss as I got started! It really was helpful with me to come up with all the combinations that I could make with each food.
