Fertility is a touchy subject for some. When a couple is having trouble conceiving, fingers are sometimes pointed and feelings are hurt, but that’s not super helpful or productive.
Acupressure For Fertility is a new DVD that can help increase fertility with an acupressure regime as well as suggested changes to diet and lifestyle to further increase fertility. Acupressure is similar to acupuncture, but without the needs and with more physical contact. By applying pressure to certain areas of the body, including hands, feet , ears and face the body is able to improve and repair itself. The theory is these points represent other parts of the body, the spots between your toes or fingers can represent your eyes and ears, etc.
In our home, Acupressure is a great way to minimize stress and relive pain. My husband does it for me from time to time to help with my migraines and tension, he is very good at it. Also, it is nice to spend some quality time with your significant other and actually physically do something to make them feel better. It is a wonderful feeling to actually improve the health of your mate with your hands.
This DVD was made by Lauri Binder a licensed acupuncturist and OB/GYN Nurse practitioner, so she know a thing or two about fertility and acupressure.
