Stack UpI am a huge fan of the Cooperative Game Line from Peaceable Kingdom. I was lucky enough to be able to review the new game Stack Up!

About Peaceable Kingdom:

All of the cooperative games from Peaceable Kingdom offer educational qualities that are appropriate for the age of the players involved.

Peaceable Kingdom was founded in 1983, with a single product – a children’s poster based on the artwork from the classic children’s book Goodnight Moon. The company has now grown into a leader in stickers, greeting cards, and cooperative games.

The mission of Peaceable Kingdom is to make good, do good, and be good.

About Stack Up:

The Game includes everything that you will need to play. The game is for children ages 3-5. You can play this game with 2-6 players.

Learning Skills worked on in this game:

  • Balance
  • Color Matching
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Cooperation

How to Play:The goal of the game is to stack the 12 blocks before the Stack Smasher gets to the tower and topples it. You spin a color and stack a block. You can also spin a challenge and add a tricky task like stacking with one eye closed, or while having to sing a song. If you Spin the Stack Smasher you become one space closer to the big topple.

There are 3 different ways that you can play this game. You choose the version you play, based upon the age and skill that your child has.

My Thoughts:

We were huge fans of this game. We have primarily just played this game with Level 1. With that level, you don’t need to use the Stack Sticks.

My daughter was able to sit and play this entire game with me. She absolutely loved it and enjoyed every minute of it.

I am a huge fan of the cooperative games. I love that they teach you to work together towards a common goal.

I was definitely happy to add Stack Up to our options for Family Game Night. Once again, Peaceable Kingdom did not disappoint.

Purchase:

If you are interested in purchasing Stack Up, you can go to the website to purchase it for only $24.99.
