Juicing has now become a popular technique to help you look and feel better, as well as give you more
energy. By juicing various fruits and vegetables, you get the nutrients your body needs, in a more efficient
and faster way. There are many benefits of juicing.
But do your little ones frown at having to drink vegetable juices such as spinach or wheatgrass juice? If
they do, make them kid-friendly desserts instead. Frozen dessert recipes still contain the nutrients from
fruits to make your little ones energetic and healthy.
