One pill makes you larger, the other makes you small. But finding this White Rabbit took no pills at all.
Yes, we recently spent some time at Disney, and one of Little Man’s highlights was finding Alice in Wonderland’s White Rabbit. This was a momentous occasion for the little guy, he loves animals, and he enjoys “hugging” the characters more then riding the rides right now. (Yes, we even had to hunt down Princesses, LOL). We also rode on the teacups, just to round out the theme- but we never did find
Alice. Little Man also enjoyed trying to pull the sword out of the stone A ‘La King Arthur, checking out the castle (there was a live show with some of our favorite Disney Characters on the stage) the parade down “Main Street”, and Splash Mountain. The weather has not been super cooperative for outdoor activities this week, but we did get a few hours worth of “hugging” in before the rain really shut us down.
Little Man was heartbroken when we had to leave the park. It was raining so hard, and with all the lightning, there really didn’t seem to be any chance of things opening back up again that day. No worries- a good place to find Disney Characters without having to be concerned about the weather is at a Character breakfast! We headed on over to the Grand Floridian the next morning to meet and greet some of our favorite friends.
There he met Winne the Pooh (and Tigger, too!), Mary Poppins, and even the elusive Alice. He had Micky Mouse shaped waffles and fruit for breakfast, and before we left, he saw something interesting on the floor….a hookah-smoking caterpillar….(which he had to pose with, of course- don’t judge, LOL! Maybe it was “giving him the call”.) Just ask Alice, when she’s 10 feet tall. Now you know where to go and “Feed Your Head”- or at least, your body- the next time the rain threatens to dampen your day of Disney Magic.
My daughter just took my grandson there again a month ago. It is such an amazing place for kids…and adults too. I love it there.
Disney is such great fun for the little ones, glad you had a great time and got to meet Alice and her pals!
Aww, how sweet! Disney is so much fun for kids. (And for us grown-ups too!)
Great pictures! Looks like you’re having a wonderful time! I’m really looking forward to taking my grandsons to Disney World in the next few years.
Looks like so much fun! We are considering going to Disney World for our honeymoon 🙂
Looks like fun. I want to go!
Well darn! We’ve gone every year since moving south & I had thought I was decided not to do Disney this year but now I think I changed my mind…such a priceless experience for the kids.
