Review by Daddy, who used these products.
Powder is a constant every morning right along with deodorant for me. Every morning before starting the day a liberal amount of powder is applied. This helps keep those particular places a little cooler and less sweaty then without and has been the practice for as long as I can remember. The main issue with this is, a small pile of powder accumulates on the floor afterwords. Using less is a possible solution but most times in the early morning, thinking isn’t really a strong suit, so the predicament propagates. And my wife is less then pleased.
Gold Bond seemed to hear this woe and developed a new product to fit this particular need. The product is the new Gold Bond No Mess Powder Spray. The spray is a direct application of Gold Bond which stays where it is sprayed and doesn’t go anywhere else. The powder is the same triple action relief we have all come to expect from Gold Bond, cooling, absorbing moisture and soothing skin, but in a spray form. The spray is available in two varieties Classic and Fresh. Classic is a medicated powder spray while the Fresh has a bit of a fragrance which is not off-putting or feminine in nature.
Personally, I love Gold Bond for my feet , and this powder spray is great for that. After working outside all afternoon a nice hot shower followed by Gold Bond and a clean pair of socks are perfect for hard-working feet. In regard to a body powder, the Gold Bond feels to me like more a body spray then a powder. So for me the Fresh is a clear winner here.
The spray comes in 7 oz sizes in both Classic and Fresh, both sporting completely turnable sprayers. They retail for $7.00 each and are available in the powder aisle at fine stores everywhere including Wal-Mart, Target and Walgreens.
“I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Gold Bond. I received product samples and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.”
I am so glad to hear that Gold Bond comes in a spray! My hubby totally needs this 😉
It’s been SO hot here and we are headed to a theme park this weekend. I need to pick this up.
I’ve never heard of powder spray! Very neat. I bet it is refreshing too.
Sounds like an amazing product! I love that it is no-mess spray! 🙂
