Music is a staple in this house 🙂 My girls are all about listening to music and busting a move! I was very excited to be able to check out Kidz Bop 24, and I must admit that it was definitely a hit in this house.
About Kidz Bop:
If you are unfamiliar with Kidz Bop, I would be happy to fill you in. Kidz Bop takes popular songs that are ‘Today’s Hits’ and makes them appropriate for children. It changes the words and sometimes theme of the song, while still allowing the song to sound the same. This is huge for parents who like popular music, but are always hindered by listening to the radio because of the songs that are constantly being played.

My Thoughts:
My daughters were huge hits to these songs. Occasionally they had heard these songs in passing, or even when we are out shopping. So they had heard them and were so excited to be able to listen to them whenever they wanted now. I as a mother am very happy to be able to listen to popular music myself with the girls with no worries at all. I like the songs and honestly enjoy the songs more myself with the change of the words.
On top of teaching, I’m sure you remember that I also am a teacher. I have truly enjoyed playing this awesome cd in my classroom. My students think I’m ‘cool’ and I can allow it with appropriate music.
