The Audubon Insectarium. If you’re in New Orleans, it’s raining and you’re looking for something to do indoors, another option is The Audubon Insectarium. It’s a place that houses all kinds of beautiful

    I love that you discussed Cafe Du Monde. I am always sure to stop there every time I am visiting. Yum! I thoroughly enjoy visiting New Orleans. I have been there a few times and I will definitely be going again. I have yet to go on the Steamboat Natchez, but I will look in to it for my next trip. It sounds like a fun time.     Another one is just north of the city we have Global Wildlife () which is like our own little Animal Kingdom!

    There’s also always a small festival (Strawberry Festival, Blues and BBQ Festival, Oyster Festival, etc) going on that for the most part are very family friendly!

    we have been a couple of times but it was to get on a cruise ship..really didn’t think it was a place for kids,they don’t advertise much about it being kid friendly
