My son just loves Peeps. My grandmother has always loved them as well, so I always buy a ton as soon as they hit shelves and get them both a wide variety of Marshmallow Chicks and Marshmallow Bunnies. While Peeps are great for Easter baskets, they are also a fun reminder of spring in general, and my son, husband, and grandmother eat them pretty constantly until there are none left.
I love the new additions that they have this year, and honestly didn’t make anyone wait until Easter to try them all out. There are new Birthday Cake Peeps, chocolate mousse dipped in chocolate chicks, dark chocolate- not to mention the multi-colored Peeps Marshmallow Bunny and chocolate egg complete with a Peeps Chick in it. There are also new candies- they are chocolate candies with marshmallow centers. They are individually wrapped and come by the bagful.
My son also loves the new stuffed Peeps Chick he got- we all know how much he loves his stuffed animals, so this was a big hit for sure.
My husband likes to put Peeps in the mircowave- they get HUGE before shrinking back down (melting, really). He also likes to make Peeps S’mores, but we can’t do that with the little guy awake- he thinks we are killing the Peeps. I don’t know what he thinks eating them does, but hey now. Most kids are amused both by the microwaving Peeps as well as the Peeps S’mores. Mine, not so much, ha.

Ahh, my godson because he loves Peeps! My birthday is during the Easter season, so I would get tons of Peeps from relatives at my bday parties, so I made sure to give each bday guest a Peep on his/her way out. =)
