I am definitely gonna have to try this! I have terrible insomnia. The more I have to do the next day, the less I sleep. 🙁
I sometimes take a long bath before, might read a book instead of watching tv, and I always turn my ohone on vibrate. I like that the relaxing lavender scent will last 12 weeks in storage. I sometime put dryer sheets in my car to freshen it up.
If it would help me sleep beyond 3 hours, I’d be all set and need to try this for sure
