There are many scooters on the market but few with the durability and versatility to grow along with your little riders. One such scooter is the EXY Strickstartr. This scooter is built for the little stunt men and women in your life. There are 4 ways to ride the Trickstartr. They are the easy way, the hard way, the expert way and the pro way. All of which are easy to switch in a matter of seconds with little more than a shifting of your feet. The easy way is One foot on Tilt Bar, one foot on Deck, the second both feet on the Tilt Bar, the Expert Way place only one foot on the Tilt bar, while holding your other foot slightly to the side and the pro way ride with one foot on the edge of the Tilt Bar, while holding the other leg out. Once you are comfortable with the pro way of riding tricks are fun and a bit easier one of which is jumping from tilt bar to deck to gain momentum.

Users of the Tirckstartr will find manuals or grinding with the scooter very easy to do with some adjusting of your feet and proper balance of course. For a detailed description of how check out the video below:

Little Man loves the scooter and although he is not comfortable enough to try any tricks yet, every day he gets a little bit better and before we know it he will be down the curb by the driveway like a pro. For now he likes how there are some extra parts to make it ‘cooler’ as he so expertly puts it.

I would also suggest grabbing knee and elbow pads as well as a helmet- no one wants a broken kid.

It’s a clear recipe for a lot of fun. 🙂

  2. Your son looks like he is having a blast! My 9 year old would love this too. Going to check it out for his upcoming birthday.

  3. That looks really fun! I’m sure your little guy will work up the confidence for tricks sooner than you think!

  4. Looks like a lot of fun! My kids were hesitant to learn how to ride a bike, so riding a scooter was a good transition. Although they can ride bikes now, their scooters are still preferred.

Now that is fun! My son would have flipped for this when he was a little younger. Heck, he would probably still want one.

  6. looks like a great toy for budding athletes!
