Fresh Fruit PBJ Wrap

Looking to sneak some vitamins into your child’s meals?  Try this crafty idea.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of alternaVites
  • 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Jelly of Jam
  • Whole wheat tortilla wrap/flat bread
  • 1/4 cup of chopped berries 
  • Half of a banana 
  • Optional Ingredients: Granola, Nuts, and/or Honey

Directions:

  1. Spread peanut butter and jelly on tortilla.
  2. Pour fruit and other ingredients onto tortilla
  3. Slice up half a banana and place it on tortilla
  4. Pour alternaVites over top of ingredients
  5. Wrap up the tortilla and enjoy!
