Now playing in a theater near you, A Wrinkle in Time is family fun for everyone. Nothing too scary for even the littlest theater-goers, an easy to follow plot, and a theme everyone can identify with. Meg misses her dad when he disappears one day, and will do anything to get him back. She has had a hard time fitting in since he left, and only finding him will make her feel like “everything is right with the universe” again. On the search for her father, she finds a new friend, a better relationship with the little brother she already adores, and a new understanding of herself.

Not much like the book, but a cute movie for the family, and visually beautiful. The kids in the movie were brilliant actors, and the three women “rescuers” and lights of the universe were diverse and interesting.
