When you can’t travel, there are plenty of things to do at home. You could staycation in your city or town and explore what’s nearby. Or, you could take the opportunity to catch up on some work or get ahead on your holiday shopping. Get in touch with nature and go for a hike. Fall is the perfect time to appreciate the changing leaves and cooler temperatures. If you don’t have any hiking trails near you, no problem. Taking a walk around your neighborhood or local park will do the trick. Just make sure to dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable shoes.
