Tickets to Star Wars: The Force Awakens Go on Sale Everywhere

Lucasfilm announced today that the trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens will debut on ESPN’s “Monday Night Football” on Monday, October 19, during halftime of the National Football League (NFL) game between the New York Giants and the Philadelphia Eagles in Philadelphia. The game starts at 5:15 p.m. PDT/8:15 p.m. EDT.  The Spanish language version of the trailer will air on ESPN Deportes simultaneously.

To commence the countdown for the trailer launch, today Lucasfilm released the Star Wars: The Force Awakens poster worldwide. Following the trailer launch, tickets to the highly anticipated cinematic event will be on sale everywhere movie tickets are sold.

In conjunction with the Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer debut, the Walt Disney Company is providing unprecedented company-wide on-air and social support (#TheForceAwakens) as well as tying in events and special activities for the day of the trailer release.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens opens in U.S. theaters on December 18.

Lucasfilm and visionary director J.J. Abrams join forces to take you back again to a galaxy far, far away as Star Wars returns to the big screen with Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

The film stars Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong’o, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew and Max Von Sydow. Kathleen Kennedy, J.J. Stretchmo and Puzzles and Dragons

Available now for the 3DS system is a fun new free-mium game in the -mo series which started with Pushmo, then Crashmo and Pushmo world.  The newest in the series is Stretchmo.  This game starts out as a free download where a minimum of levels and the tutorial stages are available giving the player just enough game to want more and more is indeed available in the form of 4 new sections.  These sections are Playtime Plaza, Sculpture Square, Fortress of Fun and NES Expo.  All unlock a total of 250 Stretchmo puzzles ranging from animals to shapes and even familiar NES characters from their 8bit days.  In total, this game is a blast once you get the hang of it.  Getting into the proper state of mind to solve each puzzle can take some time, but once you figure it out, it is quite fulfilling. My son, who might not figure out each puzzle as quickly as Daddy,thoroughly enjoy the game because the controls are easy and the main characters are cute little creatures.

WIN Shaun the Sheep Movie Prize Pack #ShauntheSheep #IC

I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Lionsgate. I received a promotional item to thank me for my participation.  All opinions are my own.

Shaun the sheep is a cute little sheep who leads his flock into zany adventures at Mossy Bottom Farm.  Each adventure usually involves an animal trying to break up their monotonous life style with either human devices or human activities.  It is great fun for kids and adults as a show.  The creators also made the Wallace and Gromit TV show.  The movie has a claylike feel to it with very realistic expressions.

The new Shaun the Sheep movie fallows one of Shaun’s adventures, but this time the farmers life is on the line as is the well being of the farm itself.  The adventures of Shaun in the big city are mad cap and silly, making this a fun movie for kids and adults with its slapstick, non violent comedy.

One of my favorite characters from the movie is Timmy.  Timmy is Shaun’s little cousin who idolizes Shaun (to the point of getting into  a lot of the same trouble Shaun does).  But because he’s the small and cutest member of the flock, he can get away with just about anything.  Know anyone like that, do we?

We really enjoy the  emphasis on teamwork and working as a flock in this movie.  Leadership also played a key role as did problem solving in a creative way.  These are great messages for kids- and some adults, as well.

I would suggest this movie for any family with kids, it is rated PG.  The movie opens in theaters across the country on August 5th.

Below is the official film synopsis, :”When Shaun decides to take the day off and have some fun, he gets a little more action than he bargained for.  A mix up with the Farmer, a caravan, and a very steep hill lead them all to the Big City and it’s up to Shaun and the flock to return everyone safely to the green grass of home. The film is geared toward children ages 4-10.“
