Mexico is one of those lucky countries where most people can shop at outdoor
markets; Cancun has two famous markets called Mercado 23 and Mercado 28,
situated near the beach.
Did you know that corn is a major staple in Mexico, and is much more prevalent
than rice or wheat? Corn forms the basis for numerous Mexican dishes, and you’ll
