Dog on Animal Planet Dog Blanket

Have you ever walked around a pet store and wondered why there are basically two categories of pet care products? The stuff made for pets, which is made of sub par materials and inferior quality where the thought process seems like,’it’s for a dog, they don’t know the difference.’ Then there are the high quality, supplies. The kids of things that make you say, ‘wow, I want to sleep on that’ or “I would run around with that in my mouth!’ OK so the second one is a bit more rare then the first, but only the best for our little furry or scaly friends.

As most of you already know the most recent addition to the Have Sippy foster pet family is Leela. Leela is a mixed breed dog who is a sweetheart when she wants to be, but most times acts more like a cat then a dog. A bratty cat, at that. Meaning she could give a care about following you around or protecting you, and for the most parts sees people as food dispensers between ‘dog-naps’ on the couch. She is also very good at removing stuffing and running off, and can even open doors. Beds, toys, anything with stuffing (including Little Man’s toys) are fair game and must contain some treasure at the bottom only she can determine. So when we saw the Animal Planet Pet Blanket we had hoped this would be perfect as a new bed for her. There is minimal stuffing while still offering warmth when she wants it. The blanket measures 40″ x 50″ which is prefect for our critter and is so soft and warm Dad wanted to sleep under it. This is of course unacceptable to Leela, but as long as she can sleep in his bed, he can sleep in hers. (Kidding)
