4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
