When is a smile so much more?  Well number one, when its a kids smile.  The kind of pure unadulterated happiness that can only come from a child can break even the most stoic of adults.  But there is a very special kind of smile that only comes around after those times when smiles are rare, a cold or flu.  These smiles are the indicator that a sickness is gone and fun time can begin again.  These smiles aren’t the easiest to get though.  With lots of loving and some medicine, they do come out.
