As most of you know, I have been on a health and weight loss journey since January of 2011. I have so far lost 40 pounds, and still going strong. Jari Love’s newest DVD is definitely a “Keeper” and one I keep using as I move toward my goal weight and looking to maintain it.
I have all of Jari Love’s dvds and love all of them! She is a great motivation!

I wish I had the will power to establish this type of routine into my life. I know it is the best way to go. I’ll look into it.
I’m trying to fit a new program to motivate me this summer. I will look into this.
