Coregeous- Fitness and Weight Loss DVD

Workout time!
Does your Core leave something to be desired? Maybe you haven’t worked it enough. Possibly there was a vacation that you took where exercise was the least of your concerns and now it is time to come back to reality and get back to that healthy core you had before. Or never had. (Cough…) Take a look at Coregeous. Coregeous is a workout routine DVD with Jill Miller. Ms. Miller has over 25 years of experience with movement arts and body therapy. She has been involved in such DVD exercise programs as Quickfix Rx, and Gaiam’s Yoga for Weight Loss.

This DVD puts emphasis on building up your core in layers, improving biomechanics, mobility and stability. The total length of the DVD is 105 minutes and is broken down into four segments; Core Re-Form, Get COREganized, InCOREporate, and get COREgeous. As a bonus, there are also 3 extra segments; Core Activation, Abdominal Massage and Abdominal Churning. Each segment specializes on a specific topic. For example, InCOREporate concentrates on the lower back. My personal favorite is the Churning segment. It is crazy to see what a person is capable of with a simple workout routine and the drive to stick with it. I’m not quite there yet, but I’m working on it! 😛
