Geography, Culture & Customs, Language, People & Places around the world! Test your knowledge and have fun doing it! The Trivia kids game Around the World is jam packed with fun!
Here’s my take on the game from the moment we got it. It’s a lot in a box, it seems overwhelming for kids at first ( this game is for ages 8+) Each stack of cards is for a different category and are all color coded. While it looks like a lot, it’s easily kept neat and the kids picked up on how to play it after a few rounds. This is a game pretty much for children who already know names of Countries and places, People, some Culture as well as Geography plus more. It’s very difficult for the kids who don’t know much about these things and it’s not as fun for the younger ones so I really suggest keeping this for the older kids. You can learn a long as you play, so far my kids and their friends
<p style=”text-align: center;”> href=”https://havesippywilltravel.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/P1090659.jpg”> help each other. It’s not a competition or a “who can win” but rather what else can they find out. I like that, it’s a winning game in my book just for that. Eager kids willing to learn? Yes please!
Object of the game is to travel around the world of course! As you answer questions correctly you gain your tokens and fill your score card, kind of like a passport. You navigate your way around the board and try to travel around the world as well as fill the card up. You want to travel the most places which can take awhile as I said if the kids can’t figure the answers out. It’s not too hard, but it is challenging. My second grader was able to play but she also really enjoys history a friend of hers that came to play didn’t get the hang of it just yet.
There are of course rules that come with the game, easy to follow, tips as well to help the kids along the game and get them more involved. The kids are challenged to learn as they play and it is very fun . We have played it several times, our favorite way is to have teams, two players to a score card this way they can help each other answer questions better.
I highly recommend this game, it’s a lot of fun and the kids enjoy learning and getting answers correct! Perfect for any child that enjoys some facts and wants to learn more about things around the world. You can get %10 off the product by clicking here.
