Back to School shopping can be a chore, but not if you find things your kids really love at prices you can afford to spend. While you might be able to use some of your child’s “last year” wardrobe, chances are they grew quite a bit and you will need to refresh their clothing for the upcoming year. I don’t always pick up everything over the summer, I like to wait and get some of their new items once school starts- it is easier on my wallet, and also lets me find the best sales and options.
Let me tell you about the amazing styles, variety, and prices you can find at JCPenny.
This is one of the stores I truly enjoy shopping at. Anyone who follows me on Foursquare or Twitter will know I am frequently at the store, and we love what we see. They have something for everyone in the family, any age, and of course a fantastic home and housewares section as well. I get myself into trouble every time I go….but not too much, because the prices are some of the best around.
My son loves soft clothes. Things that feel nice on his skin. He was thrilled to find this outfit- especially the jacket, with is quite “fluffy” in his words. He is looking like a big boy, which mommy isn’t sure how she feels about (wink) but he looks adorable. The pants will wear well, not the kind that will pill or show “wear” the first time they are worn. The pants also come with a belt that is easy to use, since it has no holes, just the pull-through system- and it stays put well. The shirt is perfect for his age- and he loves the color. The jacket is both his favorite and mine, and he looks so grown in it. It is soft, easy to button up, and is the perfect lightweight coat for fall and early winter (as well as those chilly spring days).
How cute is the little miss? She considers herself a fashionista, and we both think she is adorable in these floral leggings, glitter and gemstone “blinged out” shirt, and olive green fitted jacket. Talk about looking grown….she is only 10, can you believe that? Girls can be so much more fun to dress then boys sometimes. I just love this outfit, and think she looks fantastic in it.

They have some awesome pieces, I love JC Penny!
Your son and I have the same taste in clothes. Soft and comfortable are the first thing I look for.
JC Penney is a great place to get a good deal. I just got my daughter’s winter coat there!
Their clothes are so cute. My sons also wear a lot of JC Penny.
I do all of my four year olds shopping there. You can’t beat the prices especially with the coupons they’re always sending me.
