I take vitamins and supplements for quite a few different purposes, including one for my hair, skin, and nails (combination vitamin for me). As I get older, and after having kids, your skin and hair and nails can become thin, brittle, easy to damage and hard to heal. Dull. Prone to breaks (hair and nails) and wrinkles, dry and/or oily patches, and just thinner skin in general (which is a main reason why your skin wrinkles).
