I take vitamins and supplements for quite a few different purposes, including one for my hair, skin, and nails (combination vitamin for me). As I get older, and after having kids, your skin and hair and nails can become thin, brittle, easy to damage and hard to heal. Dull. As a child of a previous generation my fun at the holidays was a bit different.
