 I love yoga.  I love sharing the joy and benefits of yoga with those around me.  I love my yoga classes.  I love how yoga makes me feel, and how it improves my body, mind, and mindset.  (Can you tell I like it a bit?)

We did “Save the Whale” first, and then had a great talk about what we can do to help the whales, and why conservation is important.  They are really “getting it”, kids are not “too young” for these important concepts.  This is their future, after all!

 Little Man just loved them!  (So did his mommy!)  I love that they have UV protection built right in, thanks for caring about our kids!  Little’s mommy is hyper-worried about sun-exposure, so this feature is a HUGE plus in my eyes!   As are the stain resistant and sweat wicking features.  It can even be work in the pool or ocean without damage- how many outfits can make THAT claim?
