 Ladies- this one is ALL you!  Don’t miss this one it’s amazing, and will make your daily life better.  This is one of those little things that will just make your daily life better.  As a large-chested woman, I have often had issues with bra sweat.  It’s gross, I know- but I shove paper towels or washcloths into my bra to absorb some of the sweat and keep me less sticky.  Someone, though- is smarter then me!  They created these bra liners to be placed under your bra (it also is between your breasts) to keep you comfortable, even while working out and in the hot summer sun.  I have tried it out in all sorts of “sticky situations”- yoga, spinning, at the pre-k, visiting my mother  (Ha!) and you know what?  I can honestly tell you that these are comfortable, they stay put, and THEY WORK!  And if you get all sweaty?  Yank it out and put in a new one!  Whooopeee!  This is a no-brainer. 
Summer is HERE, and with it?  Comes sweat and gross-ness!  Make your life oh-so-much more comfortable with Pambras- there are several to choose from, so there is one that you will like!

You all know how I have been in fitness mode?  Well- Pambras have stood up to the test,  I am pleased to say.
Every once in a while, a product comes along where it is so great, and I love it so much, that words fail me.  I am there now.

Little Update- Weightloss

Workout Gear- by price!

If you are like me, and trying to lose weight, get into shape, tone up, or just find a healthier lifestyle, it can be hard to get to the gym.  Maybe you have little ones that you can’t take along, or your local gym has unreasonable fees or hours (or both!) to bring them to the childcare room. 
For me, I prefer to do things at home.  I love my workout DVDs, as you all know, and I have a few pieces of equipment that I use as well.  One thing I do miss from the gym is the elliptical machines.  Proform Elliptical machines can be very expensive, and it helps to be able to compare prices.  Price comparison shopping is really important, you really want to get the most out of every dollar. 

It helps to have a good workout bench if you are going to do your workouts at home- I have one in my den.  When I got mine, it was a few years ago, before I had kids and when the den was a den, not a playroom, really, LOL.  It’s great to have sites to go to to see what prices are being offered before making any purchases.  This way we can lose weight, and save money  🙂

Lose Weight and Feel Great! Get Extremely Ripped! Boot Camp Contest

One of the DVDs I have been using in my recent weight loss journey is Jari Love’s Get Extremely Ripped! Boot Camp.  This workout program is based on the premise of muscle confusion.  This means your body is constantly burning fat and building muscle because as one portion of your body is plateauing, another portion is just starting up.  So you are constantly working out at a higher rate.  I particularly like how this program doesn’t make you work out for a very long time in order to see a difference.  Plus- there are choices for the busy mama!  There are two 30 minue workouts and six 10 minute workouts, perfect for those short breaks between nap time and lunch time.  Of course- there is also an hour workout too, for when you really have time (and motivation!)  to sweat.   🙂
The workouts definately get you moving and keeps the flow of the workout going, this is not a “slacker” dvd program.  You definately have to move, and move quickly.  But I think it works.  An interesting characteristic of this DVD is the ability to either include or not/exclude other fitness products like a step, or other workout products.  All that is really needed is a pair of dumbbells (your husband and his bothersome friend don’t count!) and a workout mat.  Because there are 10 minute options, this is a workout that can even be brought on vacation with you.  I know, I know- who wants to think about working out on vaca?  But you don’t want to slip up or fall behind TOO much, right?  Stay on top of things!  And you can always substitute weights with something else like a shampoo and conditioner bottle.  Yes, I know they aren’t weights, or very heavy- but they are better then nothing, LOL!

Dr. Salzhauer was inspired to write “My Beautiful Mommy” after his four-year-old daughter bombarded him with questions regarding his own nose job. Cosmetic surgery can be a difficult topic to understand for adults; and even more so for young children. As requested- here are some before and after pics!  I still have more then 20 pounds to go- but I will get there!  I have been exercising and eating right, and it will happen  🙂
