One of the oldest forms of yoga is Yantra Yoga. This yoga was first practiced in Tibet and is one of the oldest recorded yoga systems in existence. I had the privilege of trying out two of their instructional DVDs recently.
Both DVDs were of the Tibetan Yoga Movement series, part 1 and 2. These discs introduce the viewer to the system of Yantra Yoga. This system consists of seven phases of movement which are connected to seven phases of breathing. This series teaches us the seven phases. The first three in level one and the remainder in level two. Level one should be done first, by the way. No skipping.
