Straight Talk by Walmart

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Straight Talk for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
Good Evening all
I’m not sure if any of you have heard of this store called Walmart.  Well Walmart has great prices, very very low prices, and you can actually use coupons and do quite well for yourself there.  Well Walmart has a new product for you all.  It is Straight Talk.  Straight talk is a no contract pay as you go cell phone contract that offers some very competitive pricing.  everything you need  The main plans are a $30 per month 100 minutes/1000 texts/30 mbs and a $45/month for unlimited minutes/texts/data. Very competitive when compared to the big brands with all the bells and whistle of a smart phone without the surcharge for being current and hip.  lol
What I really like is the ability to not only free yourself from the cell phone contract and monthly plans but also if you feel like saving some money and really do enjoy the service there is also a prepaid 12 month plan that can save you some money and still give you the knowledge that the phone you have is paid for and can be used as often as needed.
Anyway check out some of these nifty YouTube videos about the plan and the phones themselves:

For a Perfect Pedi…

Have you ever looked down, and wondered where the hobbit feet came from?  Well OK, not hobbit feet but you know what I mean.  It is summer time, so walking around bare foot is quite common.  And even more common is breaking in those new sandals just in time for the strap to break and you have to start the cycle again.  Not to mention you are showing your feet almost all the time, so your feet need to look nice!

So you want them to look pretty, but maybe you have some callouses and hard spot on your feet.  Or dry skin, I know I do.  Especially on my heels, ugh.  The only way to really get rid of them is moisturizing and slowly breaking away at the hard spots, by scrubbing away the dead skin.  There is a great new product out there called Emjoi.  Emjoi will help breakdown the hard spots with minimal effort.  It will actually do a whole lot more then you think it is doing- I thought nothing was happening, because that is what it felt like.  Nothing.  But then I looked at all it had pulled off, and ew.  It had been working.

I am used to a rougher treatment, like a pumice stone and the like.  This was way more gentle.  In just a few seconds, quite a bit of dead skin came off my heel.  When you are done using Emjoi, it is easy to clean too, just use a moist paper towel and wipe it down.  Easy breezy.

My Favorite Talk Show by Lenny Mcknight

Share

This guest post from Lenny Mcknight

My favorite TV talk show is The Oprah Winfrey Show. I grew up watching Oprah. I think she is the most personable talk show host I’ve ever seen. She seems to genuinely care about her guests and her audience. I also think she has great interviewing skills. She lets the guest talk without interrupting them, unlike several other talk show hosts that I can think of. I watch Oprah every weekday on my satellite dish that I got after seeing this cabletelevision.net. I also record the episodes so that I can re-watch them whenever I want.
My favorite episode of Oprah was a show she did years ago in regards to skin variations in the black race. I can’t remember which season it was, but there was a cute black girl on the show who broke my heart. She talked about how she was one of the darkest members of her family. She basically felt ugly and unloved because some people in her school and her community made her feel alienated. I think I was in middle school when the episode aired, and I do remember that I cried. I know that skin shade is sometimes an issue for black people, and it breaks my heart that they could be divided by something as trivial as that.
