Sprint Aquos SmartPhone

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Influence Central (#MC) for Sprint. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and to thank me for participating.

pic2I am a Sprint Ambassador and will be sharing my experiences testing various Sprint devices and services for the remainder of the year. I bring you the hottest new Sprint devices on the market, and today we are looking at the new Sharp Aquos on the Sprint network. The Aquos has quite a few interesting characteristics to set it apart from the crowd. The most obvious is the screen. One look and you can see the screen goes all the way to the edge. No longer is there a border around your screen. This is alot more interesting and fun then you would suspect. The only downside being you will want an edgeless phone more often then not now.

pic1In addition to the new edgeless design, this phone also features an emphasis on its camera. The camera sports two 8 MP (3,264×2,448 photo resolution; 1080p@30FPS video resolution) and 1.2MP front-facing cameras (1,280×960 photo resolution; 720p@30FPS video resolution). There is also a new mode of picture taking called night shot which makes both the subject and background brighter, for those difficult nighttime shots.

Could you live without your Smartphone?

If Deloitte’s recent study is anything to go by, no, you couldn’t live without your Smartphone. According to The Journal, the research revealed that about one in six of us are looking at our phones more than 50 times a day.

For many of us, living without our phones and not having constant access to the internet is impossible to imagine. We spend so much time using them to check emails, update statuses, post photos and message our friends – it’s safe to say many of us need to undergo a digital detox. So are you addicted? Here are five signs that you are:

It feels like you have lost a friend when you’re without it

If you happen to lose or break your phone, it’s the worst thing in the world. You feel like you’ve lost your best friend and therefore the only way to stay in touch with the online world is to log on to your bulky home computer that takes 15 minutes to load. If you realise you’ve left it at home when you’re half way to work, you’re likely to be the sort who will turn around and deal with the consequences of being late. If you accidentally break your phone, luckily LoveFone will be there for you.

Sprint HTC One (M8) Harman/Kardon Edition

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting (#MC) for Sprint. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and to thank me for participating.

As part a Sprint Ambassador I am able to share new Sprint technology with you all and this is just one of those times.

In the ever expanding cell phone market it can be difficult sometimes to find the right phone for you.  Each seem to be able to do so much and fit in the palm of your hand.  Sprint has one such phone which specializes in music.  This phone is the HTC One (M8) Harman/Kardon Edition.  This phone’s most unique features all center around making your music sound better and discovering more of it while also being a stellar smart phone.

Sprint has been giving its clients a constantly evolving choice in cell phones.  One of their most recent the HTC One (M8) Harman/Kardon Edition is no different.  The device runs Android 4.4 (Kit Kat) and has a blazing fast 2.3 GHz Quad Core Snapdragon Processor.  Both of which make this the phone to have to run all those Android Apps everyone is always suggesting.  Audio is where this phone really kicks in.  Most noticeably when listening to a personal mp3 file on this device then on any other.  The sound is astounding, even when the files are compressed.  With Clari-fi technology your music files are restored in real time to their original sound, even the bits lost to compression  Not only does your music sound great but so does Spotify.  With Sprint’s Sound Session, now a catalog of nearly 20 million songs is are your finger tips.

Nokia 1520 Cell Phone

Nokia are one of the few smart phone makers who are specializing in new Windows Mobile OS phones. In the beginning these phones were ok, but underpowered.  This is far from true with the 1520.  The 1520 has an incredibly bight screen, takes stellar pictures, moves quickly an is a breeze to use.

pic4The Nokia 1520 has the same basic shape as the Lumia 800 and 925, except the 1520 is thinner, quicker, more robust processing power and a big 6 inch screen which is border line tablet.  The phone comes in three colors yellow, red and black.  )Yellow being the brightest and most attention grabbing, so the one I had to have.)  The phone itself has some killer specs.
