Yogarilla Review

Yogarilla!

I have practiced yoga for some time, my four kids sometimes join in with me but I have never really found a super yoga book for kids. Yogarilla is wonderful! Bright colorful cards, 55 of them of them fully illustrated front and back. You can find Yogarilla at Super Duper Publications, which I highly recommend you doing.

There is nothing I don’t like about Yogarilla it’s an all around win here is my take-

You have 55 cards, front and back illustrating a certain pose with OTis. On one side you have the playful OTis posing with the name of the pose. On the other side is the entire break down of the pose, directions to move into it, a challenging variety and some activities you may want to add into the pose. There’s also some facts and game like things to do with your children as you go through the deck.

Teaching kids to exercise is important, but it should also be very fun and enjoyable. [Read more…]

Easter Half Term at Heathrow: Theme Park Madness

Are you looking for an alternative break for this Easter half term? Beat the theme park rush of the summer holidays and hit the main attractions this March. Despite the chilly weather, many of the main parks open over the holidays to offer some fabulously fun adrenaline fuelled activities for families of all ages.

Cut the stress out of your sojourn and take a flight into Heathrow to make the most of the parks located just outside of the city centre. Hotels near Heathrow Terminal 5 are in an excellent location getting around without suffering the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

Rather than splurging on an expensive hotel, look into booking a budget hotel near Heathrow Terminal 5 as a base for your stay. Choose accommodation that offers spacious family rooms, without the added cost of any frivolous, unneeded extras.

Keep the cost low on the basics and save your spends to splurge on theme park tickets, refreshments and any treats you decide to add onto your itinerary. Half term holidays are all about spending quality time with your loved ones – choose somewhere to stay based on bargain rates and comfortable beds, what more do you need?

Milk Unleashed- Perfect for Lunchboxes- Win Some to Try for Yourself!

Milk has always been a staple in Americans refrigerators since the inception of the refrigerator. As such, it is assumed that all milk must stay in the fridge or else is spoils. And it spoils in such horrid ways, doesn’t it? The horrible smell arrives, or maybe instead of cereal and milk you end up with cereal and cottage cheese. Or how about some lemon milk with your coffee? All of this scares the junk out of us, so milk is only kept in the fridge, right? Wrong. It is also sold in what is called shelf stable containers. It is able to sit on a shelf in your pantry along with your dry pasta for quite some time, up to six months. After that point the milk is still good but there is a loss in nutritional value and such, but it has been done. Just be wary. Once it is open it must be refrigerated, and will last about 7 to 10 days.
