Alright everyone how many of you spend way too much time using your cell phone for things it has a really hard time doing?

Saving Money with Coupons-Multiple Stores

One of the easiest ways to stretch my budget is to shop at different stores. Now, I don’t shop at 10 stores each week. But, over the course of several weeks, I have shopped at several different stores. For example, during the first week of the month, there might be great deals at grocery store 1 and drug store 2. Then, it’s ok to just shop at those stores to get their best deals. I’m done and don’t have to set foot into any of the other stores.

So, what’s my advice to you?

Consider All of Your Options

Survey all of the stores available to you. See Money Saving Mom’s thorough list of stores.

Consider Grocery Stores, Drug Stores, Discount retailers (Family Dollar, Dollar General, Roses / Maxway), Mass merchandising stores (Kmart, Walmart, Target), Closeout stores (Big Lots, Ollie’s, Dollar Tree), Warehouse clubs (BJ’s and Sam’s Club), farmers markets, co-ops, community supported agriculture (CSA), and Asian, Caribbean, or Latino grocery stores.

If your store isn’t listed, just do an online search for deal matchups at your store. Closeout stores will probably not accept coupons because their prices are so low.

Smashburger- a fun place to eat!

There is a new Smashburger restaurant that just opened up in Paramus, NJ- and we were LITERALLY the first people through the door!
The restaurant was super clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was fun and family-friendly.

My son had the kids hotdog platter, I had the New Jersey Smashburger, and my mom had the Swiss Mushroom burger. We tried all 3 kinds of fries- regular, sweet potato, and the “smash fries” (with rosemary on them). Everything was very good, and we hope to go back soon and see the full menu! I liked that they had different teas and chocolate milk as well, not just sodas.
