Everyone knows that my girls are definitely all girl. They love anything pink and all the babies that you can possibly find. Missy Kissy did not disappoint the girls in my house.

My Thoughts:

This doll is absolutely adorable. My girls were so absolutely excited to open her up and start playing with her. Since the moment we were able to receive the doll she has not been out of the sight of my two children. My girls absolutely love tickling her, feeding her, and helping her go to sleep. Changing her outfit is another favorite thing for my girls to do. I have a couple of little girls to buy for this Christmas season, and I can guarantee that I will definitely be looking to JC Toys for sure, and possibly the Missy Kissy doll for those girls as well.

As you all know by now if you are repeating readers of the blog, I am a huge fan of Kidz Bop. I have two daughters who are always listening to music and I teach 3rd grade so finding music that kids like is completely important to me. My Thoughts:

I absolutely love Kidz Bop CD’s. I think that they are a must for parents of kids. My girls love to listen to music and love to sing along with it. I love that the music is great and that they are enjoyable for adults to listen to as well. We take lots of trips in the car and are always jammin to one of our Kidz Bop CDs.

As a teacher, during art, brain breaks, and holiday parties I am always playing the Kidz Bop cds. The students love to listen to popular music that is school and age appropriate.

I will continue to buy these cds for many years, as well as recommend them to everyone I know because I absolutely love them.

Dasani and the green cap #GreenBottleCap

Over the last five years, the company’s adoption of the technology has eliminated the equivalent of approximately 240,000 metric tons of CO₂ emissions. Plant Bottle packaging also has resonated with consumers, helped boost sales of brands like Dasani and generated headlines and won sustainable and innovation awards, and captured the collective attention of the supplier, scientific/academic and investor community. Earlier this year, Plant Bottle packaging was recognized by the U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry for helping to fuel the bio-based manufacturing boom during a hearing on Capitol Hill.

Coca-Cola has invested in three leading biotech companies – Virent, Gevo and Avantium – to speed the commercialization of a PET plastic bottle made entirely from plants. Recently, the company made an additional investment in Virent’s development and commercialization of its bio-based technology.

I recently headed out to Stop and Shop to pick up some WaterWipes, a chemical free wipe option that is great for sensitive skin. Stop and Shop made it easy to go in, grab what I needed, and get out quickly (and they had some good sales going on as well). However, because of the sales, and the fact that I can’t resist a good one, I ended up picking up dog treats, blueberry ice cream (hard to find in these parts!) and Halva bars- which I can never find anywhere- that I hadn’t planned on buying, ha. I texted a photo of the candy to my husband, as it is one of his all time favorite snacks- he was pretty excited for my find. Being a mom is tough stuff. When you bring a new baby into the family, especially your first child, the choices can be overwhelming. You want to do your best, give your little one everything, and do right by them. It can be hard to know what’s best, not to mention what is IN everything you put into and onto your baby.

I remember being told to use plain water and cotton balls to clean up baby’s diaper messes- which is messy itself. There are other chemical free, easy on baby’s skin options, such as WaterWipes, a premium European brand, available now at your local Stop and Shop stores. These baby wipes contain only two ingredients- 99.9% purified water and 0.1% grapefruit seed extract. Nothing that can harm your baby, or irritate his or her delicate skin.

These wipes are much more durable and effective then a cotton ball, and you don’t need to worry about the wipes containing any harmful chemicals that some others do. WaterWipes is a safer and more natural option in wipes. If your baby or child of any age has issues with diaper rashes (or rashes when they use wipes in the bathroom at all), consider trying WaterWipes and see if that doesn’t help the issue.

WaterWipes are chemical free – this means they don’t contain preservatives. The package will keep for up to 15 months before it is opened. Once you open your WaterWipes package, it is recommend that you use the pack within 1 month.
