Dunkin’ Donuts has become a way of life for many. With more restaurants popping up along roadways every day, and coffee breaks happening more often, maybe its time to get something back. This is the same way Dunkin’ Donuts feel as well. As such in January 2014 they brought about the new DD Perks program. This program lets guests gain points for every purchase and then use said points to get a free beverage. DD Perks has proven Dunkin’ Donuts loyalty to its customers by providing incentives to its members quite often. In June of 2014, the number of members surpassed one million members. To celebrate, they gave all members, including new members, 100 bonus points. Loyalty is the key to DD Perks. The newest version of the program offers the most deals and offers, custom tailored to the customer’s preferences. New features to the program include greater reliability as well as added security to give customer the best offers available, and increase loyalty to their company as well.
