Yum Yum dishes- created to help you manage your snack portions. So many of us don’t realize how much we are eating! I myself know I can be a mindless eater, just kind of “popping” stuff into my mouth without paying any attention to the quantity that I am consuming. Yep, a regular vacuum!

Why did you choose Nicaragua for your retreat site?
I chose Nicaragua because it was a country that still seemed undiscovered not only for me, but most likely for others. I know very little about this area and I love to explore different cultures. I thought it would be a wonderful opportunity for participants to see how others live and contribute to a typically impoverished community.
The resort where the retreat will be held, Jicaro Ecolodge, is a beautiful and special place. I think the floating dock, where I can do one to one yoga instruction or nutritional consultations really sold me!

What is an inspiration for you?
I am inspired by my students every day. Every day they strive to be better and learn more. I often will stay after a class to talk to students about their individual issues or concerns. Anyone with a sincere interest to learn and educate themselves is a star pupil to me. I am also inspired by my teachers and mentors. Tiny Sugars- Jewelery You Will Cherish Forever

Oh my goodness- I just got the PRETTIEST bracelet! Seriously. The nicest bracelet ever- I don’t go “gaga” for jewelery often, but I really love my new Tiny Sugars mommy bracelet!
They have the prettiest items available. Mommy bracelets, grandmothers bracelets, and even necklaces!

Have you seen all those commercials “He went to Jareds!” and all that? That was one of the first things I thought of when I got my bracelet. Those Pandora bracelets are so expensive! Why bother going to Jareds, when you can go to Tiny Sugars?
I am in love with it, LOL. I have worn it pretty much non-stop since I got it a few days ago. It has gotten so many compliments on it, and everyone wanted to know where I got it.
