As we all know Summer time is trip time, be it down the street to Grandma’s house or across the ocean for vacation. There are a few similarities between all trips taken. One of which is boredom of the little ones. Back seat or a row up on a plane either way the most dreaded phrase uttered during the Summer is, “I’m bored.” This leads to noise and frustration and if siblings are involved added aggravation.

Bathing suit season is here, and with that we all poke and prod at ourselves, destroying self esteem in record time. But this season instead of being down and depressed about it turn that feeling into motivation to work harder. Angry Birds Birthday
So a certain someone recently had a birthday. Happy Birthday little man!
And of course with said birthday, we had to have a party. The difficult decision is to nail down a theme. There always has to be a theme, of course. Once this theme is figured out and agreed upon, we ordered supplies. It’s party planning time. Since the little guy loves playing outside and the best place for little kids to run around is a park, we did ours at a local playground. We are huge fans of birthdays at playgrounds. So now we have the where and when of the party. The theme is figured out, Angry Birds and the next step is the invitations and party supplies. One of the best places to get party supplies is Birthday Express. They specialize in all kinds of party goods, not only birthday parties. Once there the perfect party pack jumped out at us. The Angry Birds Basic Party Pack for 8. I am a huge fan of books. I read more books to my children each week then a lot of people do in a month. My children love to read books to me as well as listen to books. I get so very excited when I find a great book that can be personalized for my children. I was very excited to try out Following Featherbottom.

My children absolutely love Veggie Tales movies. They are huge princess movie fans, but Veggie Tales is always there other favorite.
